This is a Daruma head. When you get it you fill in one eye and associate it with a goal.
When you complete your goal, you fill in the other eye.

The left eye isn't getting filled in until I have a house.

I chose a nice Japanamation, Sailor Moon, Astroboy style eye for good measure.
